Back at it

It's hard to believe that it's been almost a year since I've been going to the gym consistently. (But then again, once I started this job I stopped going and that's coming to a year)
However, it's time to get back to it. I'm joining at Bootcamp Biggest Loser team. It's with my amazing trainer so I'm excited to get back with her.
I'm up a bit from my lowest weightloss of 164, to 168. I'm hoping that I'll finally reach my UGW of 150, I got some tummy, butt, thigh fat that I need to lose.
I like working on something I know I'm capable of succeeding at, especially with the stress of job uncertainty.
Goals:
1-2 lbs loss each week
Increase water intake
Keep to the Eating plan
