Holiday Guilt

I observed today that people, myself included, don't take the holiday break very well, in terms of exercise, eating, and guilt.
I believe that holidays and breaks are important to our health and that we should enjoy them. However, we feel that we've "cheated" by allowing ourselves to enjoy the holidays and the amazing food that comes with it. We heap guilt and shame onto our plates when we take our turkey dinner or piece of cake or an extra cookie.  Holidays, vacations, and breaks are not forever and before you know it you will be back and the gym or restricting those sweets again.
But be ready to get right back to work after your break and don't allow for excuses or those allowances to get in the way.

Work it
